  • Mr. Spiers is Project Manager for the Jordan Basin Water Reclamation Facility. This 15 MGD membrane bioreactor facility includes a 50 MGD off-site pump station and 4-mile long twin 42- inch inch force mains. Total project cost is $135 million.
  • Mr. Spiers was Project Manager for the preliminary design and NEPA compliance work for the Wasatch County Water Efficiency Project. The project involved conversion from flood irrigation to sprinkler irrigation for 3,675 acres with a total project cost of $41 million.
