BC&A in conjunction with a subconsultant conducted an Environmental Assessment (EA) under NEPA requirements for a new 300,000 square foot Space and Missile Facility, and an EA for the associated new Propellant Laboratory Complex. BC&A also performed Phase I & II Environmental Baseline Surveys (EBS) for four alternative development sites on the Base. Phase II sampling results were evaluated and compared to risk-based action levels to determine appropriate corrective measures. The projects included reporting requirements (hard copy and electronic) including recommendations to HAFB on how to proceed.
