Water Resources/Drainage Engineer

The successful candidate for this position should have the following minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
Knowledge of the water resources industry and technology trends, including all aspects of water resource systems from studies through construction. 4-6 years of experience.
Understanding of hydraulics and hydrology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be capable of working efficiently with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal staff.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Proficiency with a variety of hydraulic and hydrologic computer modeling programs.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Micro Station preferred and is a plus.

Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Mon. – Fri. 12PM to 5PM)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide office support to the office services manager and to all areas of the company.
• Greet, assist visitors, clients, contractors, suppliers, solicitors and others.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate office personnel, set up meetings
• Receive and send mail, maintain office vehicle and equipment check out sheets.
• Schedule conference rooms, copy, file, scan and archive documents, deliver proposals as needed to clients.
• Assist with internal office moves as needed, assist with special company breaks.
• Maintain a safe, clean reception area, and other office cleaning assignments as needed, scheduling maintenance/cleaning of company fleet vehicles.
• Assist with inventory, office production, quality control and distribution of documents and all other duties as assigned.
