Ken Spiers retired in May 2021 after 22 years with BC&A. His 45-year career included planning, design, and construction management for projects in the wastewater, water supply, and storm water industry. He is responsible for the successful design and project management of the Jordan Basin Water Reclamation Facility in Riverton, Utah.
Ken was a principal with BC&A in the Draper office and opened our St. George in 2009 where he continued to manage several municipal and special service district projects throughout Utah.
We know Ken is eager to spend more time with his family and enjoy all the wonderful things that come with retirement. Thank you, Ken for all your contributions, friendships, and leadership at BC&A!
