BC&A’s highlights from this year’s annual conference in St. George March 1 – 4, 2011 included a booth display of our exciting projects and a drawing giveaway for a 32-inch flat screen television! Thank you to all who stopped by to visit our booth and to those who participated in the drawing. The lucky winner was Don Russell, a Board Member for the Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District. We hope that Don will enjoy his new prize and we look forward to seeing everyone again next year!
