Congratulations to Cody Nielson, P.E. who is the ASCE Southern Utah Branch 2024 Engineer of the Year recipient! Cody has been with BC&A for six years focusing on water resource engineering. He recently completed the design and construction oversight for the Washington County Water Conservancy District Cottam Tank. The construction of this tank was complete in 2023 and awarded the ASCE 2024 Outstanding Civil Engineering Project of the Year!
