Who We Are

At BC&A, we’re problem-solvers, collaborators, and community builders. From our roots in 1997 to today, we’ve grown with a simple focus: to create a lasting impact on our communities through thoughtful engineering and strong partnerships. We believe the best solutions come from people who feel empowered, connected, and committed—not just to the work, but to each other.

Bowen Collins & Associates was founded in 1997. Since then, we have striven for a company culture that balances hard work and relationships. We believe that doing good work that serves our communities begins with strong communities in the workplace.
