Since our founding in 1997, BC&A has striven for a company culture that balances hard work and fun. We believe that in order to do good work that serves our communities, we should build communities in the workplace.
Employee Activities
Bowen Collins & Associates plans quarterly employee activities that include golf, ping pong tournaments, pickleball, bowling, BBQ’s, skeet shooting, community volunteering, and celebrating Engineers Week.

Fall Company Retreat
Every other year Bowen Collins & Associates takes their employees and significant other/partner on a one week company retreat to a surprise destination. Locations have included Mexico, Hawaii, Florida, Alaska, and various cruises.
