North Shore Terminal Reservoir

BC&A completed the design of a 15 MG buried, reinforced concrete, rectangular reservoir for CUWCD. The new reservoir is adjacent to the 10 MG Phase I NSTR, and includes yard piping, two valve vaults, connections to existing facilities, and extensive coordination to maintain service of existing facilities during construction.  The design also included extensive seismic evaluation of the existing 10 MG reservoir, as well as workshops to optimize yard piping design for maximum operational flexibility.  The design was completed in July 2021, and construction was completed in 2024.
